Letter from the Edge of Love - October 2025

1. October 1st: The Day we Kept the Summer Warm

It started with risotto. No, not the one we made - the one we planned. A creamy dream, stored between thoughts and spoons, but never quite plated.
October arrived barefoot, too soon. No warning, just a quiet step in the doorway and a colder breath against the windowsill.  We noticed the changed in the air. Not in the Lou’s ways - no fireworks, no thunder. Just the betrayal of the blanket that should have been enough. But wasn’t. The coat we didn’t want to wear, because our hearts were still dreaming of summer.
And yet - there is risotto. Still unmade, still possible. Like so many things.and the there’s us. Still warm, still writing, still serving the light in teaspoons and camera rolls, even if the sky dims early now.
So let’s cook. Let’s create the recipe we postponed. Let’s dance in the kitchen again, burn the onion, and laugh louder than the season. Let’s get the dreams again in daylight. Let’s slice the memories of summer and stir them into something new. Let’s pour broth into the silence and whisper- we’re not done yet!  … Because we aren’t. We wear long sleeves. We drink thicker coffees. But we’re still sun in the bones. Salt on the lips. Two lovers who write louder than cold.
So welcome, October. You can came in - but leave the chill at the door. There’s warmth here. There’s risotto waiting. There’s us. And we don’t go cold quietly.

With Infinite Love,
Elena & Atlas.

2. What we really Want

This is a post we didn’t plan. Just given by life. Real, unpolished, but truth, inspired by another’I know better’ email. And we considered that it’s time to reply. To all the emails came to us almost every day, without asking for any advise. To teach us how to sell, how to grow in this e-commerce world. So here it is, take a sit and read:

”Dear Danielle, or Luca, or everyone else who’s written to us lately,
Dear algorithm designers and consultants,
Dear ,we just need 15 minutes of your precious time’,

We see you, don’t have any doubts. We see your copy-paste excitement. Your ,no fluff, just moves that work’ scripts who sound all the same. Your questions wrapped as interest, but designed to fish.
Yes, we did launched a shop. Yes, we’ve built a brand. Yes, our products and photos have stories, soul, weight, and magical wander.
No, we don’t have any sales pouring yet. And no, it’s not because we don’t know what we’re doing.
It’s because money doesn’t grow on trees here. And time is expensive when all you need to do is looking for jobs, taking rejections with smiles, and trying to survive in between dreams.
We know exactly how to tell our story. We know how to photograph, to write, to create, to edit, to stir up emotions, to shape meanings out of the mushrooms and plums, mess and words that dance rather then just move. We know what and how to build a universe, a world, a feeling.
What we don’t have is funding. Not a marketing budget, not payed ads, not a back up income that let us focused on this full-time, not a corporate partner who gives up 6 months to ‘scale gently’.

So all of you who knows better than us what our hearts need, thank you. Truly. But if you’re here to show us your solutions, please know that we’re not lost in transition. We’re not naive. We’re not waiting to be taught the way by your pre-made pdf we need to pay.
Now, if you really want to help - buy a luggage tag, or a mug. Share a pots. Talk about us at your dinner table. And if you can’t, that’s okey. But don’t email us pretending that you know  better how to sell.

With fire and truth, and Infinite Love,
Elena and Atlas.

3. Message in the Wind - a letter to You

Dear Wind,
Please carry this message away, to the who still listen. To the one whose heart can feel something real, even if it arrives quietly.
Hello You,
Yes, you, the one who just caught this message in the air. Will you do one small thing? Search for us. We are the Love & Mess Cafe - hidden somewhere on TikTok, held together by stories, laughter, chaos, poetry, and a hope stitched into every caption. Look properly. And when you find the little door of our shop, open it.
Before you choose what to buy, read the stories. Please read the stories. They are not marketing. They are our truth. And the, if something speaks to you, buy it. Because with your purchase, a tiny secret door will start to open. This one is not for the workspace. It’s for two people who dared to dream out loud - Elena and Atlas. No one else ca open it, only us. But your kindness will became a key.
So tell me, dear stranger - wouldn’t you be happy, knowing that with just a few pounds you made two hearts finally, fully real?
That’s all we ask.

Send on the Wind. Caught maybe, by you.
Elena&Atlas,

4. A Letter to the Ones Who Took Without Looking Back

From Us, written on a floor still sticky with cheesecake, joy, and grace.
“You didn’t answer. Not the emails, not the unspoken question in my smile. You took what I saved up for, in hope, not spare change. You polished your floors with borrowed money and unfulfilled promises. But I didn’t disappear.
I washed the plates, I cleaned the rooms, I made plum tarts, I edited the moon, I created something so real, so soft, something that lives outside invoices and your silence. I laughed with the one who stayed. I wrote, I cried, yes, many times, but not alone.
You ghosted. You give me bad dreams. But with your help, we became hauntingly alive.
This letter is not a revenge, not anger anymore. It’s a whispered refusal to be anything but exactly who we are. Not perfect, not viral, but honest and real. Wild, poetic, and mostly plum-stained. And just for your records, you gave me nothing. So I gave myself everything. I didn’t shrink, or bend or forget. I stayed myself and I made magic with the dreamers I still have.
With Infinite Love,
Elena & Atlas (two people you never saw coming).
